Education:
A degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field.
Alternatively, a comparable vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
Experience and Skills:
Strong understanding of IT process management frameworks, such as ITIL.
Experience in contract management, particularly with service providers.
Responsible and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work analytically and in a solution-oriented manner, as well as being a team player.
Additional Skills:
Ability to manage multiple service providers, track orders, and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to work independently and support other teams as needed.
Experience in procurement and order processing is an advantage.
Other Information:
This role requires occasional business trips or meetings with service providers, possibly once per quarter.
The position also involves representing the company in discussions and meetings with internal departments to ensure that contracts with service providers are aligned with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Provider Management:
Act as the main point of contact for providers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Manage contracts with service providers, including regular review and evaluation of terms and performance.
Conduct regular meetings with providers to discuss performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain a framework for managing provider relationships, with a focus on improving KPIs and service delivery.
Monitor and report on contract statuses, including volume commitments and compliance with agreements.
Ensure that provider agreements are fulfilled in accordance with business requirements.
Analyze existing contracts to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (MCI teams) to assess supplier contracts and develop long-term strategies.
Procurement Support:
Support procurement activities by processing orders for data lines or telecommunication services requested by customers or service managers.
Reporting & KPI Improvement:
Develop and improve provider reporting processes to ensure consistency and transparency.
Work towards creating a standardized, systematic reporting structure.
Provide regular updates and reports on provider performance and contract compliance to management.
Implement efficient onboarding processes for new service providers, with the goal of onboarding one new provider within 3 months and 25 providers within 12 months.
