Data Engineer- Process Mining in GCC Bucharest

What you do
- Design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that supports process mining analyses. 
- Develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a process mining tool. 
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data lifecycle, from collection to analysis. 
- Develop and maintain data models and schemas that facilitate process analysis. 
- Optimize and troubleshoot database performance, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with process mining business analysts to understand business requirements and design data solutions to support process analysis. 
- Develop and maintain the process mining software and tools used for process analysis. 
- Integrate process mining tools with other systems and technologies within the organization. 
 

What you bring
Business expertise:
- Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and practices, including ETL, data modelling, and database design. 
- Proficiency in data engineering tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or Java. 
- Experience with process mining or data visualization tools. 
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS EMR, AWS is a plus.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning / AI techniques is a plus.

Educational requirements:
 - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 - Excellent English level required
