Business Systems Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking

Raiffeisen Bank is extending the development team in Agile Delivery Corporate & Investment Banking! We are building end-to-end software products using Agile Methodology for 2 Business Divisions in Raiffeisen Bank Romania. We are specialists in developing solutions for Corporate Lending, Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Online Transactions, FOREX transactions , Brokerage & many more. • What do we do? 💻
• Developing software products based on requirements of course J, but not only:
• Understand and, if needed, challenge the requirements from business
• Actively participate in code review, development shadowing, testing, development detail design and agile ceremonies
• Design and develop software products that cover all the basic architectural principles stating from high-volume & low-latency systems to critical systems in a high-availability environments
• Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process
• We are big fans of the quote “We build it, we run it!”. As you can imagine, that means we are Dev-Ops fans, and this can be translated in building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines
• L2/L3 support for live applications

What are we looking for? 🔎

• Interact with business line / product owner to clarify requirements;
• Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;
• Analyse the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
• Provide effort estimates for the analysis work;
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional user stories;
• Participate actively in software delivery according to Agile SCRUM methodology;
• Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
• Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;
• Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RFPs). Document specific requirements and participate in the evaluation process.
• Perform sanity testing

Required skill set:

• 3+ years experience in business & system analysis
• English (spoken and written) at proficient level
• Experience in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Good communication & presentation skills;
• Fluent in SQL and Database systems
• Knowledge of REST APIs and previous experience in designing interfaces
• Highly appreciated experience with investement products
• Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas;
• Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes;
