As a PM Talent Program Manager, you will conduct personnel and organizational development initiatives within SE PE PM organization.
Engage with the PM DRIVE+ Program initiative at Siemens Energy, to manage and organize a large global group of talents. These young PM talents range (active PMs/ CPMs level C) aspiring to a next level career in Project Management. You will create tailored engagement strategies for different levels of experience, across PM development track.
How You'll Make an Impact- Develop and implement global engagement strategies that effectively connect and motivate PM talents at various experience levels.
- Design and support PM development tracks, aligning them with individual talent needs and Siemens Energy's strategic goals!
- Act as a facilitator and learning coach, guiding talents through various learning experiences, lead workshops, group discussions, andmentoringg sessions to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to align the PM DRIVE+ Program and PM Talent Pool with the latest training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Evaluate training quality by didactic design parameters and instructor competence assessment.
- Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and seminars for participants at all experience levels/ Competence wise.
- Implement scalable e-learning solutions to reach a global workforce.
- Proven experience in handling complex global projects or programs involving diverse levels of PM professionals.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead interactive learning sessions, workshops, and discussions that engage a wide range of participants.
- Ability to guide and mentor talents through their development journey, providing ongoing feedback and support for continuous growth.
- Experience organizing and managing professional networking events, activities, and engagements, both virtually and in person.
- Familiarity with learning and development processes, including designing and implementing programs for professionals at various career stages.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing a global pool of talents, events, and development activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and inspiring diverse teams and stakeholders across the company.
- A proactive attitude, address challenges, propose solutions, and drive initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience or exposure in Project Management and Talent Development roles.
- Prior experience managing a global talent pool or similar large-scale programs is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating learning sessions, mentor, and leading networking events.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
