Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are proficient Italian (C1)
Have a good level of ︀︅︋︍︍︍︀︂​︂︆︄︄​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎English (B1/B2)
Knowledge of fraud operations, commercial credit, investigations regarding payments
Have previous experience (even short-term) in financial services
A bachelor’s degree in a specific education background (Fintech or financial profile faculty, economics etc.)
Attention to details, concentration, resistance and flexibility

Nice to have:

Critical thinking, decision-making power, rigor, technical knowledge
Problem solving mindset, orientation toward services

What you will do in this role

As an Back-office Analyst on our team, you will:

Investigate and write reports

Conduct end-to-end investigations on alerts

Follow various step-by-step flows, comprising an account activity review which includes internal and external research
