For our business partner, a company that provide complete IT and business consultancy services for a complex of infrastructure projects in electronic security for business data or enterprise content management, we are looking for a Windows System Administrator to provide support for administration and management services.

In this big project you will be involved from the beginning of its development until to post implementation.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Information Systems or a closely related field
3+ years of Windows System Administration in corporate environments.
System knowledge may include: Microsoft Windows Server environments, AD, Database administration, Network administration tools and utilities, Scripting
Basic Linux admin knowledge;
Strong planning, project management, documentation, and communication skills;
Ability to support and execute projects in a distributed environment;
Virtualization system experience: VMware, Hyper-V;
Experience with systems monitoring software;

Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Servers: WSUS, AD, DC, GPO, RAID, DNS, DHCP, security groups, PKI, service account, and file servers.
VM resource modification - add CPU, RAM, HDD, create new VMs
Implements maintains, and tests the backup plan
IIS recycle / App pool Recycle
Log analysis/troubleshooting/ root cause investigation
Add Printers to Print Servers
Update applications, manually or via custom tools
Investigate down devices and address the issue to the rightful teams
OS Patching - automated and manually
Create/update DNS records
Ensure security through access controls, antivirus
Monitors system performance and takes corrective actions where necessary
Create and update related documentation
