    Requirements

    Your skills and experience:

    • Leadership & Project Management: Extensive experience in leading projects and programs that drive broad-based business change, with a strong ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Proven track record of delivering projects in agile environments and leading customer experience improvement initiatives, particularly within SaaS settings.

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Highly proficient in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Adept at applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools, and effectively managing risk, including knowing when to escalate issues to senior sponsors.

    • Communication & Influencing Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences. Strong active listening skills and the ability to influence others to align with a common vision or goal.

    • Adaptability & Decision-Making: Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations. Demonstrated ability to provide sound decision-making, lead delivery teams effectively, and maintain focus on achieving project outcomes.

    Responsibilities


    What you’ll be doing:
    • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within the broader Customer Experience Transformation initiative. Ensure alignment of project timelines and deliverables with larger programs of work, while managing project scope through rigorous change control.

    • Deliverables & Handover Management: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the established requirements, and manage the acceptance and handover to business as usual according to agreed criteria and a defined plan. Address any gaps or issues by initiating additional activities or management interventions as needed.

    • Stakeholder & Change Management: Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities, effectively managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal to ensure successful project outcomes.

    • Communication & Training Support: Support the design, development, and management of both internal and external communications related to the projects. Provide input, document requirements, and assist in the design and delivery of training programs to ensure smooth project implementation.
