Support and Configuration Engineer/Analyst

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

• Proven experience as a Support and Configuration Engineer/Analyst or similar role.
• Category B Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Experience with Omikron MultiCash banking app is a big plus.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification is a plus.

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Manage databases, document processes and systems.
• Update technical documentation and contribute to IT projects

• On-site work setup.
• Standard work hours with occasional travel.

The Support and Configuration Engineer/Analyst is responsible for installing, upgrading, or maintaining Omikron MultiCash Banking App on the Client’s computers in accordance with process rules. They play a critical role in meeting the project milestones and finalizing the planned upgrade by the project deadline.
