For our partner, one of the most progressive companies in the global gaming industry, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Executive with a proven track record in sales, strong knowledge of SAP, and proficiency in Excel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts and driving sales of the company products. Proficiency in SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting is essential for success in this role.
Your Profile
Minimum 2+ years experience on a sales role or a key account roles.
A very strong knowledge of SAP is a must
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of products is welcomed.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in English language;
Capacity for innovative thinking, problem-solving and self-improvement;
Ability to understand client’s needs;
Outstanding communication skills;
Strong team-oriented approach with excellent business skills;
A high-energy team player with a background in sound decision-making;
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
Main Tasks:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development: Drive sales of our products to address client requirements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting.
Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our product offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and updates.
Excel Data Analysis: Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators. Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics and account status.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales team, product development, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting our products.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial
