University degree;
Experience in a similar role;
Communicating well in written and spoken English;
Using MS Office applications effectively for daily tasks;
Proactive person;
Attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills.
Managing personal assistance for the General Manager and senior staff, ensuring efficient administrative support;
Coordinating relationships with various suppliers, including service selection and compliance with procurement procedures;
Organizing administrative activities, employee events, and international meetings in collaboration with the HR team;
Recording and maintaining documentation related to company correspondence and issued documents;
Planning business travel arrangements for staff, ensuring smooth coordination with travel and accommodation services;
Supporting the preparation and revision of HR procedures, including archiving and updating existing protocols;
Collaborating with managers to facilitate daily operations and streamline administrative tasks for efficient office management;
Assisting in marketing and CSR projects, including organizing internal brand awareness campaigns and CSR events;
Participating in HR projects like the Global People Survey, supporting communication and action plan development;
Liaising with employees and external vendors to introduce and manage employee benefits, ensuring smooth internal administration.
