- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations;
- Language: English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent);
- A fluent level of German is welcome but not mandatory;
- Good understanding and working experience in Warehouse processes and in the logistics execution area. Supply chain Domain experience is an added advantage;
- Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA, with in-depth knowledge of warehousing processes. Familiarity with integration points between EWM and other SAP modules;
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle project implementations in S4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM);
- Able to run requirement gathering workshops, fit/gap analysis, and propose and develop solutions;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions;
- Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision;
- Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success.
- Readiness to travel internationally (EU);
- Certifications: SAP EWM certification is considered a plus.
