We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Support Specialist to join our People, Performance and Culture Team in Bucharest.
The Learning & Development Support Specialist is part of a dynamic and ambitious L&D team committed to enhancing internal capabilities and cultivating future-proof skill sets. You will join a highly experienced team dedicated to reshaping the Learning and Development process at KPMG. Primary tasks will include the deployment and management of the mandatory technical training courses curricula applicable to Audit professionals, following the ISQM1 standards, and offering admin and learner support with the internal Learning Management System
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Economics/Human Resources or other relevant degrees;
- Good command of MS Office package (strong Excel skills and previous relevant experiences is a must);
- Good command of user interface in Power BI and LMS (Learning Management System - SAP)would be an advantage;Self-motivated, eager to acquire experience in a professional environment;
- Organized and detail oriented;Tech enthusiast;Excellent communication and writing skills both in Romanian and English;Problem solving skills and analytical skills are highly desired;
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities, multiple requests and moving deadlines on a regular basis;
- 2-3 years experience working as a learning and development assistant or Audit/ Finance and Accounting role (shared services included) is required.
MANAGING THE AUDIT TECHNICAL TRAINING COURSES CURRICULA
- Stay Up to date with the Training Curricula:
- Regularly review the technical training curricula, ensuring alignment with deployment timelines and requirements.
- Support Eligibility Processes: Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) Team and Department of Professional Practice (DPP) teams to assist in setting and verifying training eligibility criteria.
- Internal Communications: Draft, prepare, and distribute internal communications related to training initiatives, schedules, and updates.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Oversee the management and updating data, ensuring it reflects the latest technical curricula and training requirements.
- Power BI Dashboard Maintenance: Manage and maintain Power BI dashboards to accurately track training registrations, progress, and completion rates.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Actively manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of training and learner data across all systems and platforms.
- Provide End-User Support: Offer timely assistance and troubleshooting to end-users, resolving issues related to training and system.
- Collaborate with Internal Support Teams: Maintain regular communication with internal support teams, including IT Services and the L&D team, to address technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
