Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
• Have Italian skills starting from C1 - native
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Are willing to learn and apply new technologies
• Have good technical skills and knowledge (basic level)
• Have analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are willing to work from our office in Bucharest (Monday-Friday)
What you will do in this role
As a Technical Customer Service on our team, you will:
• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
• Manage multichannel interactions (email, voice, chat) depending on the project you will be allocated
• Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
• Maintain client relationships through product support
