British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a S2S Delivery Data Specialist in Bucharest
- The role will be responsible for managing regular data upkeep & update for internal as well as external reporting needs pertaining to social (specifically labor audit, mineral conflict & modern slavery) , climate, deforestation & risk.
- The role will be responsible for data analysis and visual representation enabling data driven decisions for the entire Procurement ESG team.
- The role will be responsible for identifying improvements in information & data flow for complexity reduction, data quality increase & automation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Climate: Regular data upkeep & update pertaining to supplier disclosures in CDP, supplier targets in SBTi, supplier emissions tracking & supplier maturity tracking to contribute to BAT Corporate commitment of 50% Emissions reduction by 2030 and net zero by 2050.
- Social: Regular data upkeep & update pertaining to supplier social audit progress from EcoVadis, RBA & Sedex databases to ensure 100% material and high risk indirects supplier labor audit by 2025. Data Analytics to enable:
- Timely escalations of suppliers with audit failures to ESG Procurement Team, Procurement Leadership Team & Supply Chain Due Diligence (SCDD) Committee.
- Reporting of Modern Slavery Statement resulting from audits and Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) compliance.
- Social: Regular data upkeep & update pertaining to RMI for conflict mineral assessments from all New Category suppliers with 3TG within their products.
- Deforestation: Regular data upkeep & update for tracking and monitoring of suppliers' supply chain management of their Pulp and Paper Based SC to enable 100% deforestation risk free supply chain by 2025.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in data management, cleansing, mining & analytics including the usage of Excel, & PowerBI to draw meaningful statistical inferences for key business decisions.
- Exposure to project management and work process improvement through usage of agile and lean methodologies (specific to ESG related data processing is a plus)
- Exposure to collaboration with diverse teams across different end markets, job functions & management hierarchy.
- Continuous Improvement attitude demonstrated through continued personal upskilling and contributing to procedural efficiencies in work processes.
- Ability to learn at a fast paced in an ever evolving reporting and regulatory landscape.
- Strong analytical mentality enabling data driven decisions
- Curiosity about Sustainable Supply Chains, Procurement and Analytics for balanced operations.
