• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• ACCA/CIMA( advantage)
• 3-5 years of experience with a deep understanding of financial trends, statistics, and accounting principles (IFRS and local).
• Working knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong ownership and responsibility
• Goal-oriented, decisive, detail-oriented
• Excellent time management and presentation skills.

1. Financial Reporting and Interpretation
Prepare comprehensive financial reports.
Interpret financial information to provide insights and recommendations.
2. Cost Analysis and Optimization
Analyze costs, prices, variable contributions, and sales results.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization to enhance overall efficiency.

3. Budget Management
Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
Assess new product/service launches by executing business cases.
4. External Communication and Auditing
Liaise with auditors and correspond with other departments.
Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and regulations.
5. Strategic Financial Development
Develop foreign operations and financial department frameworks.
Propose investment activities and strategies to drive growth

Work schedule is on-site in the Cismigiu area( 8.30- 17.00)
