Cerinte
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
Ability to lead to “root cause” problem solving with little coaching
Microsoft Office Tools (Excel-proficiency, Word-basic, PPT-basic)
Proficient English Communication (verbal and written)
Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking
Knowledge/Understanding of Supply Chain Management
Vendor Relationship Management prior experience will be desired
Responsabilitati
As a Spares Supply Analyst, you will drive transformation of our supply processes to enable benefit realization and lead and support key projects. The focus of this role will be on process transformation and improvement, while developing user understanding and identify needs and opportunities for business transformation.
Job responsibilities:
Vendor management for the Spares Supply Chain across P&G plants in Europe, focusing on managing Savings and Supply chain improvement projects.
Improve supplier performance to deliver spare parts on time
Be the guidance for suppliers in terms of training material, process documentation and support with nuance.
Analyze inventory data to facilitate inventory optimization by transferring spare parts from one plant to another.
Support Work Process Improvement for the Team’s core processes.
Act as the regional/global expert for the operations executed in Europe, a point of contact for Plants
