Responsabilitati
Coordinate documents creation & maintenance, ensuring the work is performed via aligned systems & tools in line with P&G Policies & Standard Operating Procedures;
Establish & maintain relationships with internal P&G users;
Work on day-to-day procurement issues/requests using tactical systems and purchasing tools;
Initiate/perform regular system data cleanup as per aligned P&G stewardship policies;
Solve first-level escalations, address clear gaps in ordering processes and propose potential solutions;
Initiate/Drive improvement for several processes;
Run/Prepare reports & scorecards regarding P&G data as per business need.
In this role, you will develop expertise in purchasing ordering processes & tools and will work and interact with multiple functions within the company or even with external suppliers.
