Requirements
-Great English Skills.
-Available to work afternoon and night shift.
-Medium tech skills.
Schedule in shifts:
L-Vi 3:30 PM-6:00 AM
S-D: 3:30 PM- 11:30 PM
Responsibilities
-Agents receive calls from stores and onsite technicians, log and work on electronic incidents, on several platforms, doing troubleshooting, ordering parts and dispatching incidents for techs to attend on site.
-Agents will also perform various checks and try to resolve issues remotely.
-Agents need to keep all incidents updated in a timely manner, inform customers of their status when needed via email or phone, escalate issues as need might be.
