    Role Description:

    We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for overall Delivery and Leadership for organizational transformation programme across the Infrastructure and Cloud division. The organizational transformation will lead the location footprint strategy, the alignment of the organisation to the technology transformation enablers, as well as the upskilling and learning for the overall I&C.

    The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder engagement and project management experience, ideally in a technical environment, be able to work and manage various collaborators at all levels through strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • You will supervise the overall progress of the programme, with particular focus on budgets, key achievements, resources, and dependencies
    • You will provide overall programme leadership, guidance and expertise to manage all aspects of a programme, project or initiative, including requirements analysis, case creation, planning and execution
    • You have ultimate accountability for delivery, managing projects/initiatives with significant complexity, impact and risk
    • You will ensure the Programme interface with wider senior stakeholders across the business
    • You will promote and foster collaboration across broad categories of various collaborators (including customers), leading cross-functional meetings and gaining commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required
    • You will align team priorities and activity to the strategic delivery and transformation direction, ensuring prioritization of key initiatives and devising new ideas and initiatives to support the organization
    • You will lead and coach project managers within the programme, setting performance and delivery expectations to yield consistent results
    • You will provide programme reporting and status presentation to senior management
    • You will develop resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for day-to-day operational activities, addressing escalated issues
    • You will manage programme-level risks and interdependencies, budget variances and change requests
    • You will ensure programme adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management.

    Required Skills:

    • Program management, project management, Governance, Data Analysis, Information Management experience
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and establish relationships
    • Significant experience (10+ years) of managing programs, business transformation, change in a financial technology/information service or a similar organization
    • Uses a systematic approach to deal with change, transition or transformation of an organisation's goals, processes or technologies, implementing strategies for effecting behavioral and cultural change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change.
    • Directs and leads others, coordinating activities and providing encouragement and inspiration to help others succeed
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
    • Ability to influence across multiple Divisions, Businesses and Functions
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
    • Ability to work effectively with 3rd parties, internal teams, and international business units, promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams
    • Demonstrates the subject area of planning, organizing and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards.
    • Understands different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensures flexibility to deliver and implement within different ways of working.
