    Role Description:

    Supports the Director of Business Operations and member(s) of the Management Team in the consolidation of business metrics for Post Trade Engineering. Reviews and calls out deviation from budget and plans.

    Works alongside a team of 3 Business Managers within the wider COO function for Engineering. Will work with partners across the organisation in key corporate functions such as Finance and HR.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Obtains, tracks and maintains information from multiple functions to feed into the provision of relevant reports and business metrics for the management / senior team
    • Identifies operational improvements (e.g. key performance and leading indicators) in consultation with key collaborators
    • Assists with external and internal reporting activities, including quarterly reporting to Boards / the Group, annual budgets, business plans, cost reviews, presentation materials
    • Ensures the relevant information is sourced to ensure budget and forecasting processes are completed
    • Tracks headcount and cost base data
    • Supports in regular reviews of important metrics and MI reporting
    • Provides general support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives undertaken
    • Attends and maintains minutes for key meetings / forums and tracks actions to closure
    • Provides support with board papers and similar, collaborating closely with other functions to ensure complete and accurate information is made available in a timely manner
    • Supports the departmental communication agenda; maintaining intranet pages, coordinating production of newsletters and organising townhalls
    • Maintains the departmental corporate calendar; upcoming events, Boards, offsites, releases, change freezes, team holidays etc.
    • Support CSR agenda for technology such as volunteer days.

    Required Skills:
    • This is an Individual Contributor role
    • Degree or equivalent experience and relevant professional qualification
    • Strong data management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
