New Product Launch Manager - Electric Axel Drives

Our New Product Launch Team is looking for a new member to support the team!

As a New Product Launch Manager you will be responsible of:

• Developing, implementing and optimizing complex production facilities and operating resources for electric axle drives;
• Calculation, planning, project planning and commissioning of production plants, operating resources, test stands and measuring technology and handover to production sites worldwide;
• Ensuring all operational tasks in accordance with the "product life cycle";
• Developing and evaluating solution concepts, considering the multidimensional aspects of the entire process chain;
• Initiating and monitoring corrective measures in the event of bottlenecks, as well as ensuring compliance with economic and technical objectives;
• Chairing internal and external meetings and presentations, define milestones, schedules and cost frameworks.

What will you need to succeed:

• Technical university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering;
• Experience in international industrialization projects and in product launches in the automotive sector
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field and specialist/specialized knowledge;
• Availabilty to travel for at least 25% of the working time;
• English language skills both written and spoken at an advanve level;
