FUNCTION: Production

LOCATION: Ploiesti

Role Scope:

To optimise Production Key Performance Indicators via continuous process improvement and process behavior analysis.

Main responsibilities:

• Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in the processes, supporting all production areas in continuous improvement projects - focusing on Production Key Performance Indicators;
• Support production teams in structured root causes analysis i.e., high waste rejects, Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Unplanned Stops negative trends;
• Learn, do and teach how to use Problem solving tools to eliminate losses;
• Develop new factory performance dashboards;
• Ensure that improvements are sustainable;
• Support the implementation of new processes and technologies;

Requirements:

• Technical higher education required - i.e. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in the industrial field is an advantage;
• Motivated with good communication skills;
• Analytical & problem solving skills;
• Good Microsoft Excel skills;
• Proficient English language ability to speak, read and write.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
