Requirements
• Very good knowledge of the local real estate market
• Experience in working in the real estate sector
• Track record of success in acquiring real estate
• Good communication skills, making contacts easily
• Proactive, eager to have real impact on business development
• Goal-oriented, "can do" attitude
• Mobility and availability drivers license category
• Sales experience would be desirable
Responsibilities
• Searching for new properties/locations for retail stores by analyzing offers, tracking advertisements and, of course, field trips
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with entities related to the real estate market
• Assessment and verification of the legal status of real estate
• Preparing data and presentations on new locations for Investment Committee
• Negotiating terms and preparing lease agreements
