    Requirements

    Join our team if you:

    - Are a professional with 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with Bachelors and/or Masters degree in human sciences, economics, law or other related fields;
    - Have a strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); fluency in English;
    - Have strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
    - You are experienced in the continuous development of pipelines and advanced sourcing techniques to find high-quality candidates;
    - You have very good experience in behavioral interviewing and assessing potential hires for our business lines;
    - Like to work in a young dynamic environment, you are a real team player, collaborative and create a positive team environment;
    - Have excellent verbal & written communication skills and you are adaptable to changing priorities;
    - You have good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

    Responsibilities

    Your future role:

    - Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from job posting through the hiring offer;
    - Partner ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈with hiring managers to identify requirements and understand ideal candidate profiles prior to starting the recruitment process; - - Develop and implement strategic initiatives for attracting and recruiting top talent, finding the best ways to build a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates;
    - Coordinate the interviewing process, using various interviewing best practices: structured interviews, behavioral questions etc.;
    - Ensure a meaningful and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
    - Optimizing social media and all recruitment tools available ensuring all advertised material (including job adverts) is accurate and in line with Grant Thornton branding;
    - Develop strong relationships with hiring managers by managing expectations throughout the hiring process, by providing frequent status updates of recruitment efforts and relevant data and information for tracking metrics related to recruitment;
    - You will monitor new employee’s trial period by collecting feedback and propose improvements of on boarding process;
    - Work together with our marketing specialist to increase Grant Thornton’s visibility on social media platforms and to other employer branding events;
    - Represent the company in various recruitment events including campus-hiring events, career fairs, meetups and other network opportunities.
