Cerinte
Qualifications:
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis / segmentation.
● Strong computer skills, with familiarity in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
● Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
● Keen attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
● Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Previous experience in the gambling industry is a significant plus.
● A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
● A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across different
departments, countries and offices.
Nice to have:
● Previous experience in a QA role
● Experience with bug tracking software such as Jira
● Gambling industry knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
● Create and configure campaigns based on the requirements
● Perform detailed QA testing of CRM campaigns
● Test CRM workflows and campaigns to ensure that they meet the specified requirements
● Report and track bugs or issues in a clear and thoroughly detailed manner
● Liaise with different departments such as customer service in order to resolve the
escalated issues linked to the marketing campaigns
● Collaborate with the marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure seamless
CRM operations
