Requirements
This new person will report to the EMEA (Europe – Middle East – Africa) Digital Sales Manager in HTS Vilvoorde, Belgium. Digital Sales is a department that feeds sales account managers with technical support in products and specialized engineered projects.
Since this is a job for which considerable investment in product and application training will be organized, we are looking for people with a decent experience in the industry motivated to engage in a long-lasting employment relationship. The hope is that this person can evolve in time and move to a larger role inside Honeywell Thermal Solutions.
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor or Master in electro-mechanical engineering
Some years of technical experience in an industrial environment
Can function in a highly matrixed environment
Strong analytical and change skills
Experience in process technology a plus
Strong communication and networking skills
Fluent in English, and other European languages a plus.
Fast learner – working in an international environment with remote support
Responsibilities:
preparing technically documented solutions and related proposals by selection and cost calculation of Engineer To Order products and systems
create booking packages for project engineering and manufacturing
edit engineer to order user manuals
Cooperate with international EMEA Digital sales team spread over different countries
Build and register Engineer To Order application and study work to keep available for the EMEA sales
Network in different HTS engineering hubs in EMEA and worldwide
Support Internal Sales Support Bucharest team technically
