    British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Data Management Analyst in Bucharest

    ROLE PROFILE

    FUNCTION: Finance, Data Management

    LOCATION: Bucharest

    REPORTS TO: Data Management Team Leader

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Effective and timely delivery of Data Management processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendation
    • Ensuring ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Maintain a close relationship with the EM/ Customers
    • Responding to EM queries in a timely and accurate way
    • Makes effort to acquire/ learn further skills / knowledge for personal development
    • Support the activities in scope for migration to be moved into shared service, in line with the migration framework and plan.
    • Monthly / Bi-Annual Cleanse exercises for data objects in scope
    • Assist the business community with specific MD queries and issue resolution
    • Ensure ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are looked after in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Identify and resolve data quality issues concerning Master data changes
    • Ensure TLDs are up to date
    • Assist with ad hoc Master Data projects, as assigned by superiors
    • Proactively communicate and collaborate with collaborators to analyze information needs and functional requirements

    What are we looking for?

    • SAP Experience
    • University Degree or equivalent experience
    • Good command of English, spoken and written
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive and well organized
    • Priorities own work / understands critical issue trigger points
