Requirements
Dutch – Advanced, English - Medium or Advanced
Minimum college graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Support (preferred but can also be at his/hers fist job)
Very good communication skills
Records all customer interactions into a CRM
Maintains acceptable call evaluation requirement, KPIs & VOC
Resolves customer issues and provides technical support and client counselling
Handling email, inbound & outbound calls with requirements from both DUTCH customer and district staff
Registers problems reported in SalesForce.Com or FX (SFDC Case management/Field Centrix)
