We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Accounts Manager who can establish and maintain strong relationships with French clients in the IT services industry.


Requirements:

French and English writing skills;
Passionate about IT/technical fields;
Extremely organized, focused on quality and great attention to the smallest detail;
Strong ability to problem solve and deliver phenomenal customer service.

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and optimal IT solutions via telephone, chat messages or e-mails;
Troubleshoot various issues on MS Office, Windows, Outlook, specific applications, or hardware equipment; customer satisfaction;
Communicate with other designated teams to escalate complex issues;
Collaborate in the development and enrichment of the knowledge database.
