British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial P&A Specialist, Reporting to Senior Commercial Finance Manager Product Cost, located in Bucharest for 2 years

The major responsibility is to consolidate and manage the monthly budget and actuals for the CPT function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage, coordinate the monthly SOP Reporting cycles in BPC for Opex and Capex: CPT PnL, with focus on OVH's and OIE report, P&L, BS with the Finance teams responsible for the above locations
• Analysis of CPT overheads for actuals and planning cycles including detailed commentaries for material movements
• Key contact point of budget holders for budget and actuals management and queries
• Coordination of annual functional bottom-up Opex and Capex consolidation forecast and continuous review during key SOP cycles - SOP04 and SOP10
• Financial analysis: Periodic Cash reports, Cost driver reports, Cash flow forecasts.
• Ad hoc requirements regarding budget and actuals analytics
• Prepare and upload in SAP periodic accruals and provisions backed by adequate documentation, along with SAP journals with detailed documentation and in accordance with SoX controls.
• Raise masterdata change requests (for assets, vendors, customers, costs centres, WBS, etc.), in accordance with BAT standard processes and controls and SODA

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent professional finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Knowledge of SAP and BPC
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• A keen eye to proactively challenge and recommend process improvement
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated, takes ownership and committed to delivering results; ability to work independently
