- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer;
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects), Figma is a plus.
- AI Prompting abilities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate marketing objectives into creative solutions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and techniques.
- A creative mindset with a problem-solving approach;

In this role, you will create and support the development of various design concepts, driving our branding endeavors for several projects and helping the team shape the visual identity of our marketing campaigns. You will be working closely with the design, content and development teams, contributing to an overall delightful and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do:

- Help create a range of marketing materials (including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and other promotional materials, campaign presentations and mockups) to support and enhance our affiliate marketing efforts;
- Assist in the graphic design process, including concept development, creating visuals, and adapting designs for various digital campaigns;
- Collaborate with team members to refine designs and ensure alignment with brand standards;
- Understand our business objectives to contribute to innovative, engaging design projects;
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in graphic design, with an eye on the unique needs of our market
- Develop new skills in the process that can help you create static and animated media formats, or web friendly designs.

What is nice / represents a plus to have:

- Experience within the casino or online gaming industry, or working for such clients.
- A degree or certification in graphic design or a related field
- Familiarity with no code software to develop simple web pages or basics of HTML
