Audio Visual Design Engineer

 College degree in Engineering
 Ideally 2 years of experience in Audio Video or IT domain
 Previous experience in the analysis, design, integration, installation, programming and support of audiovisual systems hardware, software and technical infrastructure is a plus
 Advanced Expertise in AutoCAD or similar CAD based software and MS Office software applications
 Infocomm - CTS highly desirable
 Highly technical, with the ability to evaluate situations, utilizing logical and decisive reasoning
 Excellent attention to detail & great communication skills, both oral and written
 Ability to work equally well as an individual contributor or team member
 Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast paced and occasionally high pressure environment
 Understand the capabilities and applications of typical A/V devices
 The ability to determine the required equipment performance to meet the client needs
 The ability to create a bill of materials that identifies the proposed pricing of the elements of the A/V system.

 Provide product research, design, engineering, and cost estimates to produce proposals for installation of audiovisual systems
 Site surveys
 Design flows and descriptions
 Product and infrastructure specification
 Present technical solutions to clients
 Generate Technical Drawings and Wiring Diagrams in CAD based software
 Participation in project team meetings
 Onsite technical consultation
 Research, planning, analysis, design, programming and review of audio visual projects
 Implementation and testing of audio, video and audio-visual systems as well as hardware and system control software
