    Position: HR Operations Trainee
    Duration: Part-time: 6h/day - in an initial phase 3 months with the possibility of contract extension
    Date: August 1st to October 31th, 2024
    Location: On-site in Timisoara, Romania
     
    Education Recommendations
    Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics or a related field with an accredited school in Romania.
    Nokia Business Services Country Support handles various HR activities related to the employment lifecycle, including employment, HR data maintenance, benefit management, and payroll support. In this role, you would be dedicated to supporting our employees in Romania.

     
    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

    In the Employee Services area, you will oversee the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs, and perform activities in the following areas:
    - Supporting administrative tasks related to benefits processes
    - Managing employees' files administratively
    - Assisting with onboarding tasks (primarily following up on hiring documents provision and archiving)
    - Supporting exit management documentation (mainly following up on exit documents provision and archiving)
     
    KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics or a related field with an accredited school in Romania.
    Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
    Strong interpersonal skills
    Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
    Good written and oral communication in Romanian and English languages and being comfortable working in a multicultural environment
