BAT IS LOOKING FOR A CONTENT ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST

The Content Enablement Specialist is responsible for delivering Content Enablement and Supplier Enablement activities, ensuring that users of the Coupa platform have access to rich content aligned to the buying channels.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management
FUNCTION: Procurement
LOCATION: Bucharest, Romania

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Support validation of buying channels per category/ End Market (EM) activities
• Support validation and agreement of category specific questions for webforms/Forms
• Build all Catalogue/Webforms/Forms with relevant category specific fields, policies, and approval workflows
• Working with the relevant Category Leads, End Market Procurement to perform analysis to and improvement plan to increase content coverage (Data insights)
• Own and maintain content enablement tracker outlining progress and activities by End Market
• Training requisitioner on content enablement
• Support "How to" queries from Procurement and requisitioner
• Support with overall project management activities such as plan maintenance and updates
• Work with suppliers to load and test catalogues data and relevant configuration, as well with relevant category managers to acquire the relevant sign offs (Supplier hosted catalogue/Punchout)
• Sessions with suppliers to introduce the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
  

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

• 2-5 years of strong quantitative experience in Procurement field (i.e understanding of P2P)
• Experience of Coupa or similar solutions (i.e SAP Ariba, E-Catalog, P2P Process)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, other business-related field or any number and data-related field
• Intermediate user in Microsoft Excel - familiar with pivot table, vLookup
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, combined with the ability to make recommendations based on complex data sets
• Excellent data manipulation skills

• Strong communication and influencing skills
