    • 1-2 years of accounting/ audit/ tax experience is a plus
    • Good understanding of accounting principles
    • Attention to detail
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn
    • Medium-level Excel skills
    • Good command of English
    • Can do attitude.

    As a Junior Implementation Consultant at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:
    • Work closely with your team in order to define the best approaches and strategies regarding clients and internal processes
    • Assist clients with SAF-T and RO e-factura projects
    • Optimize internal accounting processes for clients
    • Support clients in ERP software implementation
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
    • Participate in digital transformation initiatives and any other process improvement projects.
