    About the Role

    This position will be based in our Shared Service Center in Bucharest/Ploiesti.

    We are looking for a Purchase Order Handler to join our team. Our new colleague will support the the Procurement team by executing the operational procurement process, compliant with the planning as determined by customer orders, automation projects by internal needs, in compliance with the agreed customer as well as supplier contracts and the desired technical and commercial requirements.

    Profile

    Middle vocational level with more than 2 years of work experience in procurement support, preferably with knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
    Project procurement experience is a definite advantage.
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Calm under pressure.
    Able to manage own workload efficiently whilst coping with changing demands & issues
    Fluent in English language. German is a plus.
    Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities

    - Control and expedite the procurement and supply process ensuring that goods and services arrive at agreed time and destination in accordance with terms & conditions.
    - Creates and issues purchase orders.
    - Takes care of appropriate signatures (table of authority).
    - Controls and expedites orders.
    - Manages nonconformities.
    - Verifies invoices and supports timely payments.
    - Reports on all the activities to the internal and external stakeholders.
    - Work in accordance with the company procurement policy & strategy and the agreed service levels to our customers.
    - Ensure up to date ERP procurement system transactions and master data.
