    A Snapshot of Your Day

    The Order Manager Spare Parts is the operational interface between our Offshore projects and our Site Parts warehouse, translating the internal demand into Sales Orders in order to create the demand for our Supply Planners. Sales Orders need to be maintained in close alignment with the Master Planner for Site Parts.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Maintains basic and master data in the delivery area to guarantee the data quality in all relevant logistics systems.
      • Sales Order creation/update reflecting required delivery dates for site parts.
      • Ensure cost allocation is correct (WBS element).
    • Ensure demand is created in time according to internal gateway schedule.
    • Actively contributes to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners passing on all relevant information to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
    • Close alignment with Master Planner and Supply Planners regarding demand date changes.
    • Ensure demand date changes are reflected / updated in Sales Orders.
    • Support Projects with urgent stock delivery requests.

    What You Bring

    • Relevant educational background and experience within the specialist area.
    • Experience in supply chain management functions.
    • First knowledge about the concept behind ERP systems, preferably SAP.
    • Strong communicator with interpersonal skills and are able to work in dynamic work environment under pressure.
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office is required.
    • You have an analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • You take initiative and have an ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
    • Great English skills, both orally and in writing necessary.
