    Your qualifications
    Concentrix is a great match if you:
    • Are fluent in English (C1 level)
    • Have European citizenship or work permit in Romania
    • Are familiar with web protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, etc) and understand networking standards
    • Have experience with databases (SQL)
    • Can read and understand logs and track traces
    • Can research using internal knowledge bases and public facing documentation (official Google docs, Stack Overflow, Google Groups, etc)
    • Are available to work in shifts from our office in Bucharest (Piata Victoriei)

    Desirable skills: 

    • Background in SQL (is a plus)
    • Ability to read and understand application layer captures
    • Coding abilities in one of the following: JavaScript/Python/Java
    • Familiarity with modern API technologies

    What you will do in this role

    As a Junior Support Engineer on our team, you will provide high level technical support to Networking products (such as load balancing, firewall rules, routes, VPNs etc) and Infrastructure products (such as logging and monitoring tools, different OS, scripts, Kubernetes, server configuration etc) among other technologies which will boost your IT career into the next level.
