    Requirements

    Law university degree;
    Proven experience in data protection law and practice – minimum 2 years;
    Certified DPO;
    GDPR and extensive knowledge;
    Demonstrated operational experience in the implementation of compliance and audit processes regarding the protection of personal data – minimum 2 years;
    Knowledge in legal domain: Business Law, Vouchers legislation, GDPR, Payments legislation, Fiscal Code, Civil Law, Corporate Governance, Public Law - would be considered an advantage;
    Knowledge of Romanian legislation in matter of data protection;
    Knowledge of services that the company offers;
    Knowledge of company’s procedure regarding compliance process;
    Experience in training curricula design and delivering;
    Ability to perform data mapping iterations;
    Microsoft Office advanced (Word, Power Point, Outlook)
    English – professional level- proficiency in writing, reading and speaking.
    Good understanding of Information technology, would be considered an advantage;
    Good understanding of IT processes, would be considered an advantage.

    Role:

    Provide legal and commercial advice and solutions for the company in the areas of data protection;
    Lead on all aspects of data protection requirements under applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR);
    Ensure confidentiality of all information and data managed.

    Responsibilities:

    To provide legal and commercial advice and solutions for the company in the areas of data protection;
    To lead on all aspects of data protection requirements under applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR);
    Ensure confidentiality of all information and data managed;
    Help prepare any materials and projects that our partner Group implements locally;
    Implement our partner’s core GDPR-compliant policies and procedures (including overseeing their localization and translation into local language, if necessary, and monitoring compliance with Group and local policies and procedures);
    Ensures knowledge & compliance with data protection legislation and of all internal policies on data protection within the company, including by organizing trainings, contests, tests, raising awareness campaigns, etc.;
    Informing, advising and responding to data protection queries from local business owners or IT owners in coordination with the Group DPO as necessary;
    Contributes to the accomplishment of the duties as per the role within the Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs department on all aspects of data protection in the context of vouchers issuing and ensures that the company operates in compliance with all rules in the field;
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to employees, ensure legal compliance with the data protection in the context of issuing value vouchers and authorities guidance and expectations;
    Provide consultancy and contribute to drafting and negotiation of contracts;
    Ensures internal trainings – expertise area.
    Provides support to teams developing projects in order to comply with the personal data protection policy;
    Ensures compliance of the company's activity in all its aspects with the applicable Personal Data Legislation and specific internal procedures;
    Implement a compliance programme to ensure the company meets all requirements of GDPR;
    Localize, tailor, update, harmonize Group's data protection procedures, integrate data protection aspects in company's workflows, monitor and evaluate their implementation;
    Keeps up-to-date information from One Trust and other our partner Group systems on reporting data protection processes for our partner;
    Assess data protection risks and compliance requirements in company's projects;
    Provide ongoing training to company's employees, organize data protection awareness campaigns and other relevant activities;
    Conduct new iterations of data mapping for GDPR compliance;
    Review communications made by the Marketing team for compliance with the GDRP;
    Support new iterations of IT data security assessments;
    Suggest and provide specifications for enhancements to business processes aiming to reduce data security risks;
    Prepare awareness materials, training materials and opinions on the application of data protection legislation;
    Support data security certification audits, internal audits, authorities’ audits regarding data privacy aspects;
    Draft and negotiate data protection provisions into contracts to be signed with clients, merchants, and suppliers;
    Answer to the data protection requests addressed by clients and data subjects;
    Investigate, document and report data security breaches;
    Conduct/ support data protection impact assessments;
    Report to Group’s DPO and data protection governance committees;
    Provides support to internal and project teams through all internally available communication channels in relation to personal data legislation, value tickets legislation, contracts with suppliers, customers or partners, draft regulations, terms and conditions, court files, research, analysis related to legal issues;
    Provides legal document management, organization and preparation of complex documents, reports, correspondence;
    Offer support to the internal activity related to the authorization/re-authorization of the company as an issuer of vouchers, according to the applicable legislation.
