    Business Analyst for Portfolio Analytics & Lists project

    Leading solution in terms of tech stack, modern processes and technologies adoption, in continuous improvement. Confirmed stability over the years thanks to a very strong committed team which managed to bring a high level of organization within the project.

    Backend services which process portfolio analytics requests and provide portfolio managers a vast range of data and information.

    Main Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with team members to understand business objectives and elicit detailed requirements.
    • Analyze and document (JIRA) business processes, workflows, and user stories.
    • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.

    Documentation and Communication:
    • Prepare clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information and provide updates.

    Data Analysis:
    • Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and provide insights.
    • Ensure data integrity and quality, identifying patterns and trends that inform strategic decisions.

    Technology Evaluation and Recommendation:
    • Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate technology solutions and make recommendations based on business needs.
    • Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and processes.

    Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Work closely with testing teams to develop test plans and test cases.
    • Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

    Project Management Support:
    • Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
    • Track project progress against achievements, identifying and mitigating risks.

    Continuous Improvement:
    • See opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements to provide innovative solutions.

    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Shown experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-focused role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of database systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with agile development methodologies.
    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
    • Understanding Stock Market Investing & Trading in the Stock Market - any kind of experience.
