To Get There, you should:

Have graduated from university, be in the final year of your bachelor’s degree, or be part of a master's program.
Have joined in extracurricular activities during university, like Erasmus, student competitions, internships, and volunteer work, and have been part of student associations.
Be fluent in English and have good Microsoft Office skills.
Be curious and proactively showcase a passion for learning & challenging the status quo.
Have strong personal drive.
You like to work as part of a team, but you know when to step up and lead.

2. Have an interview with us, one colleague from HR & one colleague from the business department of the area you have chosen.
3. Have a psychometric assessment.

Things to know from the start:

1. This is a two-year full-time program
2. We are looking for trainees in the following areas: Commercial (Sales & Marketing), Supply Chain, Manufacturing. You choose which one you want to discover for the next two years
The Go Graduates Trainee Commercial is located in Bucharest (Hybrid)
The Go Graduates program for the Manufacturing department is located either in Timisoara, Buzau, Brasov or Cluj-Napoca (on site)
3. The 2024 program will start in August or September. This will give you the chance to finish your studies and be with your friends for some summer fun before joining us.

Be part of the local & regional community of trainees, which will give you international exposure and experience.
