    Language Proficiency:

    Fluent in German at C1 Level
    Proficient in English at B1 Level

    Don't worry if you haven't had prior customer support experience; we value potential and attitude above all. However, having at least 6 months of client interaction experience is a plus!


    Your Role in a Nutshell:
    As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, addressing customer inquiries related to refunds, shipping issues, and more. You'll use a variety of channels, including live chat, emails, and phone calls, to ensure our customers have the best experience possible.
