    Cerinte

    We’ll be a great match if you:

    • Are fluent in English (C1 level)
    • Have European citizenship or work permit in Romania
    • Understand programming languages (Java or Python)
    • Have experience with Linux and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
    • Are familiar with web protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, etc)
    • Have the ability to research using internal knowledge bases and public-facing documentation (Cloud Platform documentation, StackOverflow)
    • Are available to work in shifts (Monday to Sunday 24/7) from our office in Bucharest (Piata Victoriei)

    Desirable skills:

    • Familiarity with modern API technologies
    • Serverless and Cloud Storage understanding

    Responsabilitati

    As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support for Cloud Platform products to worldwide clients and gathering feedback to help improve the Cloud Platform products.

    As a Junior Tech Support in our team, you will:

    • Actively work and troubleshoot different cloud architectures to assist customers with solutions
    • Continuously learn and grow your cloud knowledge within a team that assists you whenever you encounter any unfamiliar territory
    • Focus on providing great technical resolution and customer experience
    • Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment
    • Provide customer facing bug progress summary using available tools and platform
