Preferably educated to degree level, relevant experience will be considered
Highly motivated project manager with a broad understanding of project management tools, techniques and project management framework
Ideally have experience within Repair & Overhaul or Component Repair facilities
Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders internal & external
Excellent IT skills in specifically with Microsoft office tools, MS Project (or equivalent) SAP experience would also be beneficial
Experience of leading small teams of non-direct reports using influencing skills

Own the project management, governance and relationship with all approved repair vendors
Facilitate standard diary of events with repair vendors and stakeholders within Siemens Energy
Own key relationships between Siemens Energy, Customer and Repair Vendors
Accountable to deliver reporting of revenue and gross profit for RoS process
Devise and manage KPIs of repair vendors to ensure contractual performance to Customers
Project manage and own the Repair Exec Process and New Repair Development Opportunity Reviews
Facilitate Repair Exec meetings, develop standard agenda, diaries sessions and update action items

We have an exciting opportunity within the Global Repair Network team working closely with our external network of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Centers (MROC’s) and authorized Repair Vendors as well forging close relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the correct levels of capability and capacity are maintained to support short, medium, and long-term business requirements.
The Engineering Project Manager role plays a key part in project management and development of our tactical solutions to support the network as well supporting development of long-term strategy work streams. In addition to this, the repair network project leader will also actively project manage the Siemens Energy Repair of Spares business being accountable for fiscal deliverables, Turn Round Time (TRT) and improvement programs.
