    The Marketing Automation Senior Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day & maintenance of the automation in Marketo, that powers Veeam's Lead Management engine. This includes Veeam lead lifecycle management, lead scoring programs and other related processes. This person will work with cross-functional teams including Marketo Operations, Corporate Technology and Campaign Marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day, health & maintenance of lead activity intake and scoring automation in Marketo - responsible to monitor lead data hygiene on intake and subsequent lead processes & procedures

    • Provide support to Marketing Operations and Marketing Platform Teams on all things Marketo, that relate to our lead funnel

    • Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the backend of our lead management and scoring processes (including cases when procedures cross into platforms other than Marketo)

    • Publish and maintain up to date documentation and change logs

    • Work with Marketo Platform team to create procedures to catch errors & quickly notify

    • Support other marketing automation and technology projects, as assigned

    Requirements

    • Must have experience working independently in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with little direction

    • Ability to take technical concepts and translate them into simplified business outcomes which include visuals

    • Prior experience in lead generation and lead management is crucial. This could include experience in developing and executing lead generation strategies, implementing lead nurturing campaigns, and working with marketing automation and CRM systems

    • A strong understanding of the marketing and sales processes and the ability to effectively align the two functions is important

    • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or others, as well as CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, is highly desirable

    • 2+ years Marketo Experience is strongly preferred
