-Passionate about wellbeing and the quality of everyday life.
-Fluent in Spanish both speaking and writing.
-Medium English skills.
-A minimum of 6 months experience in customer care would be considered a plus but not a must for this job.
-Great time management and people skills.

-Handle call from customers.
-Maintaining a database of customer information.
-Passing customer feedback onto product or sales team to improve the organization’s offerings.
-Offering customers information regarding product warranty and functionality.
