Higher technical studies
Good knowledge of parts manufacturing processes for engines & gearboxes (e.g. electrical/electronic, assembly, machining, forging, etc.)
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, ANPQP
Good level of language skills: conversational and written French and English (TFI / TOEIC)
Available for internal and external missions

Job purpose: contribute and guarantee the conformity of POE delivered to Groupe Renault factories, by conducting Quality and/or industrial process activities with potential, risky or penalizing suppliers in the Upstream, Project and/or Series Life Phases.

Main responsibilities:

Carry out risk assessments and quality and/or process diagnostics at supplier sites through various audits and evaluations
For parts in the Project phase, evaluate the suppliers within your scope:
Qualify the supplier's process (OSA Audit) for high-risk parts.
Validate ANPQP process deliverables for high and medium risk parts.
· For parts in Project at its customer site:
Collect the constituent elements of the ANPQP file and ensure their validation.
Animate and validate the content of the PSW within the expected deadline.
He/she is responsible for the quality performance of the supplier sites on which he/she is assigned and, in the event of deviations, alerts, proposes solutions and escalates to the CSDL.
Formalize deviations from expectations (report sent to the supplier and immediate restitution).
Evaluate the robustness and adequacy of the action plans proposed by the supplier.
Verify that the supplier has taken into account and complied with regulatory requirements.
Monitor the proper implementation of the action plan and its effectiveness.
