Customer Support Tech Advisor with German & English

- Are native or proficient both in German & English
- Have good technical skills and knowledge on how different devices work (phones, laptops, tablets etc.)

- Are available to work part-time/full-time from our office in Bucharest

As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:

- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations (ex. different issues regarding mobile devices, laptops etc.)
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience  
- Learn how to use software solutions specific for telecommunications industry that improve people’s lives  
- Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
- Grow with the team and share achievements together
