E-commerce Customer Advisor

• Are native or proficient in English
• Have a bachelor’s degree
• Have experience in e-commerce services
• Focus on proactivity, self-motivation, and a solution-orientated mindset within a team
• Are available to work from our office in Bucharest


Nice to have:

• Associate degree or above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of over 35 words per minute
• CEFR C1
• Good expression to serve customers in target languages
• Patience, strong sense of service and responsibility
• Resilience under work pressure and smooth adaption to customer schedule

• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
• Learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
• Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
