    The job description for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist includes the following responsibilities and requirements:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and public relations team to develop and implement strategies to promote the company, brand, or product to the target audience. Conduct market research and analysis to identify the target audience, market trends, and competitors.
    • Develop and maintain consistent branding messaging across all marketing and public relations materials. Create engaging content such as press releases, articles, social media posts, and website content that effectively communicates the brand's value proposition.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive media coverage. Pitch story ideas and press releases to relevant media contacts. Coordinate and manage media interviews, press conferences, and events.
    • Generate interesting and informative content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using various channels such as social media, email marketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust optimize results.
    • Monitor and manage the company's online presence and reputation. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints. Implement strategies to mitigate negative feedback and address potential public relations crises.
    • Track and analyze marketing and public relations metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and creative teams to ensure marketing and public relations efforts align with overall company objectives. Work closely with external agencies or consultants, when necessary, to support specific marketing or public relations initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing techniques, and best practices in public relations. Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to expand knowledge and stay connected with industry professionals.
    • Overall, a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, managing reputation, and driving business growth through effective marketing and public relations strategies. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

    Alte informatii

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • English advanced level.
    • Knowledge about the use of social platforms.
    • Experience in content development and text editing, creativity skills being a plus.
